By clicking on the Chat icon, a window will open and you can start the Chat session. You can type your questions and then send your message by pressing the Enter key. The reply from the BCEE advisor appears in the Chat window. The Chat session ends when you close the Chat window.

Security for the Chat function
You should verify the authenticity of the www.bcee.lu website before launching the Chat by checking that the digital certificate of the web server for BCEE is shown in your browser.
You should ensure that you do not provide identification information (except for your first name, surname [and your e-mail address]) or financial or banking information (e.g. any information that you use for accessing secure services provided by BCEE, such as S-net, the security code CVV for your bank card or your bank card number) during a Chat session. This information is not requested by the BCEE advisor during a Chat session.
BCEE shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages occurring as a result of using a fraudulent website.
Confidentiality of the Chat function
You can start a Chat session without providing any personal information, in order to remain anonymous.
BCEE shall not keep the contents of a Chat session for longer than the minimum time required by the tool used, i.e. 24 hours.
