Investment policy
By investing in LUX-GARANTIE 15 EURO/2012, the investor does not only recover the entire amount of capital invested but he can also participate to the amount of 80% in the rise of a stock index basket made up of the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50® (Euro zone), S&P 500 (United States of America) and NIKKEI 225 (Japan), all at the initial weight of one third. The participation rate of 80% refers to the performance of this composite index between its closing price on 19th October 2007 and the arithmetical value of its closing prices on each 1st and 15th calendar day (or the following business day) of each month between November 2010 and October 2012. In case of a positive performance of the composite index, the investor participates to the amount of 80% in that rise, which will be paid together with his initial capital at final maturity date.The investor is assured to receive at least his initial capital at final maturity of the subfund, even if, against all expectations, the evolution of the markets should be disappointing at the end of the 5th year, provided that the investor respects the final maturity of 5 years.Subscriptions are only possible during the initial subscription period.
